The Ultuna Student Housing Foundation
The Ultuna Student Housing Foundation manages two student housing complexes, Gälbo and Kronåsen. Gälbo and Kronåsen are located right next to SLU. The foundation was established by the Ultuna Student Union in the 1960s and is a nonprofit organization.
The campus area has the highest concentration of dogs of any student area in Sweden, and to meet the needs of our four-legged tenants as well, we have built a dog park and provide a fully tiled area where tenants can bathe their dogs.

SUSbo is the proud and delighted winner of the Nöjd Studbo award, achieving the industry’s highest NKI score of 84 this year. Nöjd Studbo is a survey that measures and maps out various categories of housing, as well as landlords’ and tenants’ expectations and ideals. Above all, we would like to thank you for participating in the survey. Your participation enables us to work even harder to improve as property owners.
